Cody was born and raised in Southern Ohio and has always had an interest in real estate. At the age of 18, he bought his first home and hasn't stopped since! Cody obtained a Real Estate License in 2004 in the state of Ohio starting his professional career in the industry. Realizing small town Ohio was just not enough city for him, he made the move to the west side of Indianapolis in 2006 and joined the real estate industry in Indiana in 2013. Through his own social network and referral base, Cody has been successful in assisting first time home buyers, seniors, and everyone in between throughout central Indiana.

Cody and his husband, Tommy were recently married in The Smoky Mountains of Tennessee. They currently reside in Indianapolis with their two fur babies, Cooper and Maggie. When they both aren't hustling and bustling, they love packing up their camper and traveling throughout Indiana to the state parks. Aside from camping, entertaining at their home for friends and family is at the top of their list. When not traveling or hosting, the best times are at home in front of the fireplace watching a movie!
